Zero G Motion Controller
If you encounter any problems using the Motion Controller please read this section carefully before contacting our customer support or your dealer.
- My Motion Controller does not work correctly at all.
- My game seems to receive input signals although I do not even touch the controller.
- My Motion Controller does not offer vibration feedback although the game’s manual specifically mentions its vibration compatibility.
- The left thumbstick does not seem to be operational.

If you still encounter problems that can not be solved by reading this section, please contact us.
1. My Motion Controller does not work correctly at all.
- Turn off your PlayStation®2 console and make sure your Motion Controller is properly connected. Turn on the console and try again.
2. My game seems to receive input signals although I do not even touch the controller.
- Turn off your PlayStation®2 console and make sure your Motion Controller is properly connected. Turn on the console and try again ensuring that the thumbsticks remain in neutral position and that the action buttons are not pressed during the console’s boot up phase.
3. My Motion Controller does not offer vibration feedback although the game’s manual specifically mentions its vibration compatibility.
- Please make sure you did not deactivate the vibration of your Motion Controller by accidentally pressing the Vibration Button.
4. The left thumbstick does not seem to be operational.
- Please make sure you did not accidentally activate the Motion Mode, which renders the left thumbstick inoperational.
5. Which PlayStation®2 titles support the Motion Sensing Feature?
- It's actually very simple: Every game that makes use of the left analogue stick is supported as the Motion Sensing Feature completely adopts the function of this stick.
